The spread of the COVID 19 has forced us to close our Residenza B since mid-March 2020.
We have made good use of this time to prepare our reopening. Meanwhile, we’ve had the opportunity to reinforce all of our hygiene and cleaning processes, to fully comply with the current recommendations and make sure your next stay with us will be a safe one.
Our four luxury b&b rooms started only one year ago. They are still brand new as well as all the furniture and, as some of you know, they are managed directly by the two owners. This ensures the best attention and quality to everything is done inside the Residenza B.

The lockdown period in Italy: what is the situation in Italy?
From May 18th all bars and restaurants are open as well as all the shops.
Museums and churches are open, all railway stations and main airports are open.
Starting from July 1st, Europe opened external borders to many countries and some are still closed.

How can I prepare my stay with peace of mind?
During this uncertain period, you can change your reservation free of charge or cancel up to 48hours prior to your arrival.

OUR HYGIENE AND SECURITY COVID 19 MEASURES
What extra hygiene and cleaning measures have you put in place?
Extensive cleaning and disinfection of bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas before reopening.
Several times a day, disinfection of common areas surfaces, particularly door and window knobs, light and air conditioning switches, tv remotes, and room keys.
Every bedroom will be unoccupied for 24 hours after guest departure (according to availability).
We are using special disinfectant, bactericide cleaning products, also active against corona virus.
Air conditioning filters are sanitized frequently.
Bed linen and bath towels are washed and hygienized following the strict procedure by our supplier FG Service Srl.
How can you ensure fresh air circulation inside the rooms and common areas?
Our bedrooms overlook a wide and quite area: the gardens of an historical building. Therefore windows can be opened allowing an effective circulation of fresh air. In addition all the rooms have a controlled ventilation system for a regular exchange of air and constantly flow of fresh air.
How will you organize the breakfast service?
Instead of the traditional buffet, the breakfast will be served at scheduled hours guest by guest or directly in your room to avoid interaction.
Will you have masks and hydroalcoholic gels at your guests disposal?
We shall have masks and hydroalcoholic lotion at your disposal, and you will be invited to use the hydroalcoholic dispenser for your hands upon entering our space.
